Interviews are fairly straightforward. Once you've made it to the on-site interview stage, interviewers are mostly just trying to suss out your personality to make sure you're sharp and interesting and generally a good fit for the firm.
In general, the people at Fenwick are collegial and fun, but also very hardworking (in the past few years the firm has been extremely busy). There are happy hours and lunch events, and sometimes for a morale boost the attorneys get small random surprises, like Jamba Juice delivered to your office, etc. Fenwick is probably as close as you can get to a lifestyle firm without compromising work product and client base.
I found almost all of my work at Fenwick to be very meaningful and helpful to developing my practice.
Same benefits as most large law firms. Relatively easy to work from home when necessary.
